This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Period of performance May 16- May 23, 2023. This is an RFQ for fire shelters in accordance with Attachment 1 - NWFDA Fire Shelter Specifications and the Contract Line Items below. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses. 3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices. 4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items Provisions and Clauses 5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 6. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 339999 - All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing- Size Standard: 500 7. Award Basis: Best Value with Trade-offs - Technical and Past Performance when combined approximately equal to Price. Award will be based on best value to the government. The best value to the government may or may not be the lowest priced offer. Evaluation Criteria: Evaluation will be based Best Value with Trade Off process looking at the following factors: Technical: Response will be compared to the Specifications and evaluated on a scale of: Does Not Meet, Meets or Exceeds. Make sure to show how your quote meets or exceeds all specifications. -Include: Schedule-- higher rating will be given to vendors who can deliver the items sooner. Emphasis will be placed on delivery. Include your delivery date on the quotation. It is very important to receive these before or by May 23, 2023. If you cannot delivery by May 23, 2023, please indicate estimated delivery date. Past Performance: The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis. Price: -Please fill out the line items on the SF1449.
