Please see and acknowledge the amendment on your response. This is an RFQ for improvements to the L07 Recreation Site in accordance with the attachments. Pre-Bid: A pre-bid site visit was held on 17 May, 2023 at 10:00. If you missed it, please visit the site for yourself to be sure you know as much as possible prior to bid. This is a straight forward job with little chance of a surprise, but you should have as much info as possible. Site location: From the intersection of Rio Blanco County Roads 13 and 4, head southwest on County Rd 13 approximately 4.2 miles to the entrance of the L07 Recreation Site area. Google earth Coordinates for Lower Parking Area: 39.973691, -107.926600. Virtual Pre-Bid Conference: The Contracting Officer is hosted a virtual pre-bid conference on 24 May at 10:00. Rough Order of Magnitude: The Government estimates this procurement to be between $100K - $250K. Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, in addition to government furnished materials, to improve a section of existing aggregate road, grade and place aggregate surfacing material on existing roads and parking areas and construct new aggregate parking areas. Work also includes the installation of a Government Furnished precast concrete toilet building and vault, construction of a timber loading ramp, construction of ADA compliant concrete parking area, and installation of steel parking delineators, concrete wheel stops, and boulders.
