Please see the amendment and acknowledge receipt on your bid response. This is a a solicitation RFQ for improvements to the North Rangely OHV Recreation Area in accordance with the attachments. Pre-Bid: A pre-bid site visit held for 18 May, 2023 at 10:00. Site is approximately 0.25 miles to the entrance of the North Rangely OHV area, north of County Rd 46. Coordinates: 40.098570, -108.814270. If you did not make the site visit, please check it out for yourself. This is a straight forward project with little chance of any surprises, but you should still know as much as possible prior to bidding. A Virtual pre-bid conference with the Contracting Officer has been scheduled for May 24th at 10:00 MT. I will be available to discuss the contracting process and using SAM.gov more efficiently. Rough Order of Magnitude: The Government estimates this procurement to be between $25K - $100K. Description: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to improve the entrance road and parking to the North Rangely OHV area. Works includes the preparation and placement of pit run base aggregate, placement of aggregate surfacing material, construction of a timber OHV loading ramp, installation of steel parking delineators, concrete wheel stops, and boulders.
