Description of Work: Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to update all countertops, sinks, lavatories, faucets and fittings (Kitchen, Kitchen Island and Bathrooms) at the Craig Hotshots Bunkhouse building in accordance with City of Craig requirements and all pertinent codes related to "Manufactured Homes" found within the International Mechanical Code (IMC) 2021, the International Residential Code (IRC) 2021,and the International Plumbing Code (IPC) 2021. The building is a single story modular manufactured in the early 2000s and is used to house the seasonal firefighting staff. It is approximately 28-feet wide by 75-feet long, located at 459 Center Street, Craig, Colorado 81625. Rough Order of Magnitude: The Government estimates this project at less than $25,000.
