Technical description of your approach to the project including: - Past Experience - recent and relevant - Equipment - appropriate for the task - Personnel Experience - sufficient mixture of experience, qualifications and supervision - Expected time frame to complete project * Technical proposals will be rated on how they meet the intent 2.) Past performance: - Include contact information for three (3) past performance references, if available, for recent and relevant projects of similar scope * Evaluation on Past Performance will be based on the government's confidence level of the contractor and their ability to successfully complete the task. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis. 3.)
