BLM-CO Exterior Luminaire Replacements - Amendment 3 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the responses due date by one week. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services for supply, delivery and installation of Exterior Luminaire Replacements at the Hotshots Facility in Craig, Colorado. Please see the attachments for details. Site Visit: There is no scheduled or hosted pre-bid site visit for this solicitation due to the simple nature of the install. However, the site is open and visible for you to take a look at if needed. Contact the POC if you have any questions. If necessary, I will set up a video conference to discuss. Basis for Award - Low Price Technically Acceptable Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote: 1. Filled in, Signed, Priced and Dated SF1449 (Box 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c) 2. Schedule of Items - Attachment 2 - if prices are not on SF1449. 3. Technical response detailing make, model, part number and place of manufacture of the supplies you propose to supply. Also include your detailed plan, timeline, resources, personnel qualifications, safety procedures and equipment you propose to use for the install. Include at least three contactable references who can verify your recent and relevant performance on projects of similar size and scope.
