The BLM Colorado State Office in Lakewood, CO has a requirement to courier bank deposits from the Lakewood Office 1 - 3 times per week. The average instances per month over the past year has been just over 6. The new contract will be a replacement for an expiring contract INL16PX01621 with a total value of: $13,836.36. The BLM intends to award a Base - 4 year contract. The BLM-CO State Office is expected to to relocate to the Denver Federal Center Campus in January 2023. Contract prices may be adjusted at that time according to the new travel distances. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Service Contract Act Wages for Jefferson County 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside 7. Award Basis - Best Value with Tradeoffs (may not be the lowest price). Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Proposal: 1. Filled out, priced and signed SF-1449. 2. Technical proposal detailing your resources, capabilities, recent and relevant past performance on similar projects of size and scope, contactable references, insurance plan, security plan, safety plan, and plan of operations to accomplish the work. The technical proposal does not need to be long or fancy, but must provide adequate detail to enable evaluation. A simple blanket statement "will comply with the SOW" will be considered un- responsive. 3.
