This will be issued as Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Vendors interested will need to review all documents attached to this Solicitation, to include the Evaluation Criteria, which will instruct what information is needed to submit a complete package for your bid. You must have a DUNS number and be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM), your certification must be current at time of submitting a bid/quote.
