The Contractor shall furnish application equipment, supplies, and materials except for specified government furnished property (government provided seed) to seed designated burned and unburned areas at the seeding rate specified using appropriate application equipment and delivery method. All work must be done such that there is no soil disturbance. Much of the seeding area is inaccessible by vehicle and no off-route travel is allowed in the project area.
