This is a solicitation for upgrades on three radio sites on the Western Slope of Colorado in accordance with the attachments. ------ A hosted pre-bid site visit has been scheduled for 19 July at 07:00. Meet us at the City Park in Maybell, CO and prepare for a very long day as the total trip length will be over 375 miles to visit all three sites. ------ Description of Work: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to rebuild and strengthen a chain link fence. Remove brush and all vegetation, apply weed killer, install pond liner on the ground and cover with Class 5 rock. The Government rough order of magnitude estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. ------ Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 14 day prompt pay 3. FAR Part 36 - Construction Terms and Clauses 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5.
