Active Registration www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 115310 - Size Standard $20500000.00. 6. Award Basis - LPTA considering the following factors: a) Technical Capability and Experience: Include a description of your technical approach, expected timeframe to complete the project, equipment, supervision and personnel. Include a description of past experience in performing Juniper removal for jobs of similar scope. b) Past performance: Include three (3) references, with names and phone numbers, for past or current jobs of similar scope in similar terrain. References shall be for projects completed in the last 3 years.
