GJAC REPLACE APRON DOORS 2020 Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for GJAC REPLACE APRON DOORS 2020. Work consists of removing and replace three overhead doors with three sets of double man doors and any required masonry infill, at the BLM Grand Junction Air Center Facility including: ¿ Provide engineered stamped drawings of construction for replacement doors and masonry infill. ¿ Remove and dispose of existing overhead doors including all hardware ,wiring and connections. ¿ Furnish and install three sets of double man doors, hollow metal exterior doors complete in accordance with specifications with hardware, appurtenances and all items necessary to provide project complete. All hardware shall be ADA compliant. No security access is required, provide locking hardware to be keyed to building master. Nominal clear opening to be 6-foot wide by 7-foot high with no center pillar and low profile accessible threshold. ¿ Perform all caulking, framing and masonry infill required to complete the project. ¿ Provide construction cleanup of project and adjacent area. The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 236220, (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) size standard is $39.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately July 12, 2020.
