The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Mother Lode Field Office (MLFO), has a requirement for portable toilet rental, cleaning/pumping, and vault pumping along the Wild and Scenic Merced River in California (Mariposa County) in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1224Q0026 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1224Q0026. This document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses under the North American Industrial Code (NAICS) 562991 for Sepic Tank and Related Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $9 Million.
