The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office has a requirement for Janitorial Services, in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1224Q0002 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
