The Contract can be cancelled at any time though no refunds for the paid annual subscriptions are permitted. The Contract creates 5 access or login accounts, which will allow for simultaneous access for 15 users. Moreover, ParcelQuest will provide training for this service to include tips & tricks, advanced online navigation/search, report creation, county recorded property document access, creation/printing maps, land sale comps, and spatial data export. The service provides a unique service via online access to county record software and mapping all throughout California. ParcelQuest has been in business since 1995 and is the only product that gives customers the capability to search for County Assessor verified parcel boundary information through the interactive use of Google Maps offering aerial photography including the 45° view, roads, waterways and points of interest, USDA Soil data, FEMA Flood Zone and Cal Fire protection zones. ParcelQuest also offers the ability to search using PLSS and GPS (Lat/Lon) coordinates. The service allows for Digital parcel boundary files (shape files) to be exported for use in legacy GIS applications.
