This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1223Q0108. This document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is a Small Business under the North American Industrial Code (NAICS) code 541620 for Environmental Consulting Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $19 Million.
