CATALYST -UPGRADE EMERGENCY COMM TRAILER The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office (CASO), Riverside, CA has a requirement for the purchase of purchase of the Catalyst supplies, including all labor, installation, and warranty, in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1223Q0010 and attachments. (including Brand name Justification) This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
