This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1223Q0008. This document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under the North American Industrial Code (NAICS) code 561720 for Janitorial Services. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $19.5 Million. A Site Visit will be held for this requirement will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time.
