(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140L1222Q0064 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-26, effective date May 26, 2022. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 332312 and the size standard is 500 Employees. (v) The contract line items are listed in the attached Quote Form. Please provide the pricings and other requested information in that form. (vi) The objective of this requirement is to purchase 4 Dual panel metal roof covered kiosks with weather protected posts. Completed construction prior to delivery and ready to install. FOB Destination. Installation services are not required. Government will install kiosks. (vii) The desired delivery date is 90 days (or sooner) from award of Purchase order. Offerors shall indicate their proposed delivery date with their quote.
