The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), King Range Project Office, requires janitorial services for the U.S Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Humboldt County, California at six (6) recreation/day use sites in the vicinity of Black Sands Beach and Mal Coombs Park. The sites are scattered throughout the management area near the community of Shelter Cove, California. Janitorial services and general grounds keeping, to include mowing and string trimming is also needed to provide for adequate fire hazard mitigation and an inviting appearance. The table listed in Section 2.0 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies the sites, location of each site, provides information on the number of restrooms, and trash receptacles within each area that require janitorial services six days per week, year-round.
