THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Barstow Field Office, Barstow, CA, has a requirement for three (3) HUSQVARNA Motorcycles in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1220Q0074 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
