The current residential structure to be removed / replaced is currently 24 feet wide x 64 feet long. The pad on which the residential structure sits is also 24 feet wide x 64 feet long. Therefore the dimensions of the new prefabricated residential structure may be up to 24 feet wide x 64 feet long, compared to the ~24 feet x ~47 feet maximum dimensions in the specifications. With the exception of this clarification of the maximum width and length dimensions in the attachments, all other specifications / salient characteristics remain unchanged.
