The business size standard is $8 million. ----------------- An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation in order for its offer to be considered responsive, IAW the Solicitation Provision 52.204-7 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of what represents the overall best value and lowest risk to the government IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Subpart 13.106.
