THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Applegate Field Office, Alturas, CA, has a requirement for a Tree Thinning project in Mount Dome in Siskiyou County with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1219Q0061 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-04. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 115310 and the business size standard is $19,000,000.00. Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=browsefar. Offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at: www.sam.gov. The Government will conduct this procurement in accordance with FAR 12.6 & 13 Simplified Procedures. A site visit will be provided on 08/20/2019 at 10:00 AM.
