THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arcata Field Office, Arcata, CA, has a requirement for commercial demolition services of a communication tower in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1219Q0058 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-04. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
