THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), El Centro Field Office, El Centro, CA, has a requirement for a Monitoring of mortalities surveys at turbines utilizing dogs in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1219Q0055 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the best value procedures evaluation criteria is found in provision 52.212-2. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 541990 and the business size standard is $15,000,000.00.
