The Contractor will provide janitorial services in support of the King Range National Conservation Office in the following location: King Range Project Office 768 Shelter Cove Road, Whitethorn, CA 95589. The office is 2,600 square feet and has eight (8) work stations, a kitchen area, a conference room, a public area, and two (2) bathrooms. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract of one Base Year plus four Option Years.
