This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office, has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to demo existing roofs and install new metal roofs and accessories for a single ramada at Log Gulch Campground, the Holter Lake office, and five ramadas at Clark¿s Bay Day Use Area in Lewis and Clark County, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The government intends to award this contract as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238160. The corresponding small business size standard is $16.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around June 3rd, 2021. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued.
