The Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office, has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to demo an existing roof and install a new metal roof and accessories at the Devil¿s Elbow Campground located at 5988 York Rd, Helena, Montana 59602. The government intends to award this contract as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238610. The corresponding small business size standard is $16.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around June 15th, 2020 at https://beta.sam.gov/. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued.
