The Bure... DEVIL'S ELBOW DRY STORAGE GARAGE This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. The Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office, has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide and install a pre-engineered steel building at the Devil¿s Elbow Campground located at 5988 York Rd, Helena, Montana 59602. The building will be a 50¿ x 45¿ boat and vehicle storage building. The project includes excavation, construction of foundations, asphalt removal, electrical lighting, and all other site work needed for completion. The government intends to award this contract as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238110. The corresponding small business size standard is $16.5 million. This project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $200,000. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around April 15th, 2020 at http://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued.
