The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement which consists of all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision to construct a 4,800 SF premanufactured warehouse and 3,200 SF carport. The project will include demolition of 3 existing structures and constructing and installing a steel premanufactured warehouse and vehicle shelter, complete with heaters, electrical, overhead doors, man doors, windows, concrete floor and approach. The project will also consist of asphalt patching, crack sealing, and slurry sealing of the existing asphalt. The location of the project is the BLM Richfield Field Office, 150 East 900 North, Richfield, UT 84701.
