The subject requirement consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the demolition and renovation of major portions and systems of building 100 Administration (ADM) at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) with new office and support spaces, and the addition of two external stair towers. The existing building was constructed in 1968 with numerous small renovations since that time. The building is a concrete framed structure with basement, main level, second level, and an observation tower above the roof. Please see attachments for solicitation details.
