This is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. 1. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) entities. All offerors must meet the eligibility requirements as an ISBEE under NAICS code 213112 (Size Standard $47M). 2. Bonding Requirements: The contractor will be required to disclose its bonding capacity as outlined in Section L of the solicitation. Subsequent task orders will require performance and payment bonds. 3. The time zone in Block 13 is Mountain Daylight Time. 4. The guaranteed minimum under this contract is $25,000. 5. Project Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to procure a wide range of services to support the plugging, abandonment and remediation of legacy wells in the NPR-A and other orphaned wells located on Federal lands in the state of Alaska. Required tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: -Precondition Items; -Planning Documents; -Community Outreach; -Mobilization; -Demobilization; -Field Sampling and Surface Cleanup Planning; -Field Sampling, Surface Cleanup and Remediation; -Plugging and Abandonment of the Well Bore; and -Final Closeout.
