This specific posting is for plugging and abandonment services required for the Federal Orphaned Well Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated to be assigned to this requirement is 213112 ¿ Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations with a size standard of $41.5M. The estimated IDV ceiling may be up to $150M per contract. The government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a small business or other socio-economic small business set-aside for the solicitation.
