In accordance with the requirement of 43 CFR 3162.3-4 (a) (b) and per Section XII of the Bureau of Land Management Onshore Oil and Gas Order No. 1, III., XII., A., B., this well must be plugged and abandoned (P&A), the location cleaned up, and the surface reclaimed.
