This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 36.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. Solicitation number 140L0622Q0025 - Jupiter Inlet Roof Replacement is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 238160 - Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. There is NO fee to register for this site. RFQ Packet - Scope of Work, Specifications, Clauses and Provisions, and Wage Determinations follow this cover sheet. A site visit will be held on July 13, 2022, 9:00 AM. Although the site visit is not mandatory, vendors are highly encouraged to attend. This construction site has some access issues that vendors will need to accommodate.
