The BLM expects to issue a Total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) competitive solicitation in mid-May 2021. The BLM anticipates issuing one or more IDIQ contracts from this solicitation. The solicitation may include a sample task order for the Oumalik wells that may be awarded concurrent with the IDIQ contracts. See attachments for further information.

BLM NPRA LEGACY WELL PLUGGING - SOURCES SOUGHT The Bureau of Land Management anticipates requirements for well plugging and abandonment and surface remediation of oil and gas wells located in National Petroleum Reserve Alaska (NPRA). These legacy wells were drilled by the US Navy 1947-50. Work will include plugging of the well bore to regulatory standards and performing surface contamination delineation and cleanup.
