This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is being issued as a Sole Source (including brand name) acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 140L0621Q0028 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 / 10-23-2020. This is 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates that the effort is performed under NAICS code 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with the small business size standard of $30M. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on behalf of the Division of IT Resource Management (DIRM). The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) uses two systems to meet the requirements of the Open Data Policy (OMB M-13-13), Voyager and Navigator. Voyager software scans the network and creates a database of metadata. Navigator presents the collected data internally for search and discovery and publishes it externally. Voyager's Search software is essential in keeping the BLM's Navigator System operational to meet the requirements of the Open Data Policy. The Contractor shall provide to the Government the following items: CLIN 10 Voyager Server Pro Development Maintenance - 2 CLIN 20 Voyager Server Pro Maintenance - 2 CONTRACT TYPE: The requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of this purchase order is a total of one year with no options.
