INTRODUCTION: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI), pursuant to FAR Part 10-Market Research. This RFI is in support of Market Research being conducted by the BLM to identify potential sources capable of providing various fencing materials to meet BLM needs. Interested vendors must have capabilities to provide such supplies as identified in the Attachment 1 Draft Requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 332618- Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing. Reference Attachment 1, Draft Requirements, for an overview of the requirement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice shall NOT be considered a request for proposal, quotation, or an invitation for bid nor does responding to this RFI guarantee or exclude your participation in the forthcoming acquisition process. Any information provided by the Government under this notice is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of the solicitation. The Government will NOT award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it be liable for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this notice. II. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS: The Government will not review general capability statements. Please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested below. There is no page limit, however, vendors are encouraged to provide concise responses specifically responding to the capability questions below. Vendor responses shall be submitted in PDF or MS Word Format. In order to achieve a thorough understanding of your firm's capabilities, please provide a short but detailed explanation for each of the questions below. Responses must include a cover page with the following information: Vendor Name: Mailing Address: Point of Contact (POC)- Name and Title: POC Phone/ E-Mail: DUNS: Size status of Business (i.e., large business, small business, small disadvantage business, 8(a), etc.): Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the supplies are invited to submit a response to this RFI by 10:00AM Mountain Time Wednesday, January 27th, 2021. The response to the RFI consists of your responses to the capability Questions, listed below in Section III. Your responses must be emailed to Contracting Officer Kelly Houghton (khoughton@blm.gov). III. CAPABILITY QUESTIONS 1. Describe your firm's capabilities to provide the materials listed under 1. Description of Supplies, in the Attachment 1, Draft Requirements. 2. If your firm is unable to provide the specific supplies as listed under 1. Description of Supplies, are you able to provide supplies that slightly vary but would still meet the government¿s need? If so, please explain what differs and how these supplies will still meet the government¿s need. 3. Describe your firm's capabilities of delivery to the two (2) Delivery locations. 4. What is your estimated delivery time from the date of Order/ Award to on-site delivery at the two locations listed? 5.
