Subject: TRM RulesManager SE for Maximo This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is being issued as a Sole Source (including brand name) acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 140L0621Q005 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 / 10-23-2020. This is 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates that the effort is performed under NAICS code 511210, "Software Publishers", with the small business size standard of $41.5 M. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The combined synopsis/solicitation is issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on behalf of the Division of IT Resource Management (DIRM). BLM currently uses TRM RulesManager software to support mission critical applications. TRM RulesManager is a software that extends the capabilities of IBM`s Maximo Asset Management tool that is used as part of the Facilities Asset Management System. TRM RulesManager is the required unified solution that provides a suite of capabilities to configure, control, extend and manage IBM Maximo. The Contractor shall provide to the Government the following items: Technical specifications: Part Number - TRM-0015M - TRM RulesManager SE for MAXIMO 5x & up (1-500 registered MAXIMO users) Annual Customer Support Program (ACSP). Quantity - 1. CONTRACT TYPE: The requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed price. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance of this purchase order is a total of five years if all options are exercised. BASE YEAR: 1/1/2021 - 12/31/2021 OPTION YEAR I: 1/1/2022 - 12/31/2022 OPTION YEAR II: 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2023 OPTION YEAR III: 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024 OPTION YEAR IV: 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025 REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Request for Quote documents can be accessed at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov.
