This Request for Quote is for a firm fixed price contract for two Utility Task Vehicles for the Bureau of Land Management Oregon Prineville District Office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 336999 All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing will be used. Any requests for additional information or explanations concerning this document must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. MDT on August 9, 2021. Questions shall be submitted via email to asublette@blm.gov. Answers to questions will be provided to all interested parties. Statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are considered invalid inquires or comments for this purpose and will not receive a response. Quotes shall be submitted via email to asublette@blm.gov. See attached documents for additional details. The Government anticipates award of a single fixed firm price contract. The award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable quote received. Evaluation is lowest price technically acceptable based on the specifications as written above. Quotes shall include a firm fixed price per unit inclusive of all delivery costs and all tax including Federal, State usage, and local taxes. Quotes shall also include a firm fixed price amount for each of the optional equipment items outlined in the specifications. The Government may evaluate the quote and award on any combination of optional equipment.
