Cultural Resources Inventory and Reporting/Permian Basin Research/Travel and Transportation Management Planning (TTMP) Request for Information (RFI) Introduction: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting acquisition planning for the eventual award for Cultural Resources Inventory and Reporting/Permian Basin Research/Travel and Transportation Management Planning (TTMP) as defined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statements (PWS). This Request for Information (RFI) is intended as a means of conducting market research which will help determine the best method for the anticipated solicitation and subsequent procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in your firm's response to this RFI. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to deliver the items attached are invited to submit a response to this RFI by 1400 MST, March 13, 2019.
