This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561612 Security Guards and Patrol Services applies to this acquisition. Any requests for additional information or explanations concerning this document must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. MT on August 21st, 2019.
