This Request for Quote is for a firm fixed price contract for Class III Cultural Resource Survey near the BLM Richfield Field Office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. This acquisition will be 100% total SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 Environmental Consulting Services applies to this acquisition.
