This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L0321Q0003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) with an open date of March 25, 2021 and a close date of April 8, 2021. The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-05. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 327390 with a size standard in dollars - $500. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, Las Cruces, New Mexico through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter in a firm-fixed price contract for purchase and delivery of concrete barriers, geotextile filter fabric and articulating concrete block mats.
