SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE The United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, through the New Mexico State Office intends to award this procurement to a small business company named DLP/JFP ENTERPRISES, 607 Cedar St. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The BLM Las Cruces District Office requires Inventory and Monitoring of Spikedace, Loach Minnow and additional Native Fish Species Populations on Public Lands along the Gila River. DLP/JFP ENTERPRISES will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete this surveying project. This is not a competitive procurement and shall be awarded to DLP/JFP Enterprises. The North American Industry Classification is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services, size standard of $16.5.
