SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE The United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Cruces District Office, through the New Mexico State Office intends to award this procurement to an Ability One vendor named Tresco, Inc., 1800 Cooper Loop Building 1, Las Cruces, NM 88005. Per FAR 8.704(a) (2) (i), and Statute 41 U.S.C. 46-48c. The BLM Las Cruces District Office requires continued janitorial and trash services for Aguirre Spring and Dripping Springs Recreation sites. Tresco, Inc. will be required to furnish all labor and supplies, unless specified as provided by the Government. This is not a competitive procurement and shall be awarded to Tresco, Inc.
