Notice of Intent, The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Intend to award this requirement to NatureServe for our Division of Fish and Wildlife Conservation, National Threatened and Endangered Species Program. BLM is seeking an organization that is scientifically credible with access to biodiversity data and expertise that is locally precise and nationally consistent, that can provide a Multi-Jurisdictional Dataset (biodiversity location data) or MJD, with the most precise locational data available, for vulnerable species, including all federally listed threatened and endangered species. This is a Firm Fix Contract, please include in your proposal Base Year plus Four Option Years. Also review the FGDC CSDGM Metadata Requirements Profile attachment, this is the format that is required. For All Vendors that are interested in this requirement please submit your proposal by August 22, 2019 NLT 12:00 PM EST. All proposals that are not received by this date and time Shall Not be Considered, there will be No Extension granted for this requirement to submit your proposal.
