The Bureau of Land Mangement (BLM) have a requirement The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Division of Fluid Minerals (WO-310) has a need for two (2) Hydro-Engineers to provide temporary support in the area of measurement and meter analysis as part of the implementation of a Production Measurement Team (PMT) from the recently issued 43 Code of Federal Regulations 3170-75. There is one incumbent in place, this requirement require an additional engineer. The vendor who win this PO Shall offer the incumbent one (1) of the two (2) positions as BLM request to keep the incumbent onboard for this requirement for continuity reasons. The Contractors will work under the supervision of the Division Chief and PMT Leader. The contractor must possess excellent technical skills and experience in hydrocarbon measurement and flow analysis for oil and gas practices used by onshore operators. The Contractors must work well within the team, and provide strong communication and writing skills in order to articulate concerns, findings and recommendations throughout the evaluation process. Contractors whom are selected for this requirement Shall stay onboard for this requirement for one (1) year. It is imperative that the two (2) Contractors Shall stay on this project for this requirement period of one (1) year. The Contractor must maintain all confidentiality of documents and communications. The Contractor will furnish all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel necessary for the completion of tasks outlined in the Statement of Work.
