The USGS Western Fisheries Research Center requires services to upgrade its Infectious Hematopoietic Necrosis Virus (IHNV) genotyping program under a small business set-aside. The contract includes a base year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus one option year. Most work may be performed remotely, with occasional on-site presence at the USGS facility in Seattle, WA. Quotes will be evaluated using a tradeoff process considering experience, technical capability, past performance, and price. Offerors must provide a firm fixed price quote with travel costs included, along with technical documentation and SAM UEI.
